  Goodhand Computing Solutions offers accessible and personalized technical support, available by phone, remote session, or office visit, to help solve problems that may arise and to keep your office running smoothly.

Phone Support:
When a simple issue arises or a general question is needed regarding an application, a phone call to one of our consultants is all that is needed for a resolution.

Remote Session:
With phone support we offer remote support via secure internet connection to allow our consultants to see exactly what is happening on your PC. If high-speed internet access is available on your machine, our consultant can connect and either watch what you are doing and give guidance, or control your machine, explaining what you are seeing on your local machine. Remote access also allows for a consultant to work on your system without the need of a staff members assistance or travel charges to your office.

On-site Support:
When technical support over the phone or via remote access are not convenient or requires special consideration, on-site support is available. Our consultant will travel to your office to assist with any technical issues you may have.
