| Private training is offered for
those who are looking for a more personal and customized
training. A customized outline will be developed with the
guidance of your firm to receive the most out of your training
needs, and with our training facility at our office, we can
train one to ten people at a time.
Although private training can be
accomplished at our training facility, sometimes it is more
convenient and comfortable to be trained on your own PC, in your
own environment with your data, which is why we offer on-site
and remote training.
Remote training:
For
one-on-one training and assistance when on-site training is
inconvenient, we offer remote support via secure internet
connection. If high-speed internet access is available on your
machine, our consultant can connect and either watch what you
are doing and give guidance, or control your machine, explaining
what you are seeing on your local machine.
One-on-one training:
With one-on-one training, a
consultant will sit down next to you giving you guidance and
instruction on the software. This can be done at our facility or
on-site using your own PC and data. One-on-one training allows
for working at your own pace and accomplish your specific goals.
Group training:
Group training allows for several
members of your staff to be trained all at once on the same
software. Our consultant will work with you to create a custom
outline to make the most of your software and specific needs.
Group training can be done on-site or at our training facility
with a hands-on approach. |
