Document Automation is
literally to automate the document preparation process.
The document preparation process is expedited by templates
that are created, which include static and dynamic areas of
information. Static areas
of your document are areas that never change, where dynamic
areas are ones that often change. The dynamic text is
determined based on information collected by the end-user
through a series of questions. The template also include
instructions and rules that will include or exclude such
examples as calculations, changing gender references,
conditional text, or even interview questions based on answers
to previous questions.
The document is then assembled
combining the static and dynamic areas and applies the
instructions and rules to complete the document. |
